Telescoping Cover

This telescoping cover "telescopes" over the inner cover and hive body to give increased weather protection compared to a standard wooden migratory cover.The combined inner cover and telescoping cover give your hive far greater protection than a simple migratory cover.  Made with a pine frame, plywood sheet, and  metal cover that laps over the wood frame by an inch. Generous spacing on the frame sides gives plenty of room for ventilation if you are using the Ruhl Bee Supply Vivaldi ventilation board.
