J-Hook Hive Tool-Standard

Once you have used this type of hive tool, it is hard to go back to the conventional type.  Its key feature is the way it allows you to remove frames from the hive.  The rectangular edge behind the hook provides a great fulcrum point for levering frames out of the hive.  The other attribute we like is that the tool's high tensile steel allows for a narrower blade, which means you do less damage to the hive body when you are prying them apart.
