Queens
Italian and NWC Carniolan queens are shipped in 3-hole candy cages with attendants.

Generally, orders placed by Thursday will be available to pick up/be shipped by the following Tuesday/Wednesday.  Arrival dates are subject to change and we will notify you of changes. 

Queens will be shipped, by default, via USPS Priority Mail for $8.75(up to 10 queens per box) even though our other online products are shipped via UPS.

Next Day (UPS, where available) delivery, Overnight shipping is strongly recommended for customers outside the Northern Oregon/Southern Washington area. Warmer temperatures are very stressful for queen bees. We'd rather you found a supplier closer to you than have you assume the risks of a road-weary, dehydrated queen

Queens will be packaged/shipped separately from other product in most cases, for their protection. We will make adjustments to your online shipping quote as appropriate.

Sorry, marked queens are not available. We recommend marking them at least one week after introduction.
