Cold Uncapping Knife

High quality steel uncapping knife.  Serrated for good sawing actions. Cutting edge is tempered steel.  A fine knife for a small honey producer. Let sit in hot water for easier uncapping; most folks use two so they can rotate--one in the water pan while the other is in use.
